Successful Labor / Management Collaboration for Remote Learning

 

These are challenging times for both districts and unions as the demands of the Covid-19 pandemic have presented difficult issues for teaching and learning, and have called for significant changes in working conditions that affect the labor-management relationship.

In this webinar, you will hear from representatives of the Fontana Unified School District and the Fontana Teachers Association on how they have worked collaboratively to navigate this terrain to serve the students of the district.  This panel will discuss the qualities that have helped them succeed, and the addendum to their contract that addresses key issues.
